ODESSA Charles A. Pratt. 70. died April 7, 1996, at his residence. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home with Woody Allen and Gerry Utt officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Funeral arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.


Mr. Pratt was born September 28, 1925, in Abilene. He married Joyce Jackson on June 25, 1950, in Seminole. She preceded him in death March 20, 1995. Mr. Pratt moved to Odessa in 1956 from Sheridan, Wyoming. He was retired from TU Electric. He was a United States Army veteran of World War II and a member of The Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.


Mr. Pratt Is survived by his daughter Belinda and husband Woody Salge of Odessa; brothers, Roy C. Pratt of North Fort Myers, Fla., Donald H. Pratt of Hobbs, New Mexico; sisters Pauline Kimbrough of Midland. Mittie J. Ballard of Dallas, Ruby Nell Knox of Fort Smith, Arkansas; grandchildren. Kristina L Salge and Woody E. Salge of Odessa; numerous nieces and nephews.


He was preceded in death by his son James Ross Pratt in 1975.


The family suggests memorials be made to the American Heart Association.
