Amy Nicole Albert, age 22, of Carrollton, Missouri, passed away Sunday, January 25, 2004 at Carrollton, Missouri.
She was born August 1, 1981 in Carrollton, Missouri, the daughter of Larry L., Jr. and Katheryn E. Schlueter Albert. She attended Wakenda Elementery School and graduated from Carrollton High School in 1999. She had worked at J. B.'s Steakhouse, the Carrollton Library and Mulch's in Carrollton.
Nikki is survived by her parents; one sister, Cara Albert; one brother, Cody Albert; her paternal grandparents, Larry, Sr. and Sally Albert, Carrollton, Missouri; her maternal grandfather, Art Schlueter, Carrollton, Missouri; paternal great grandmother, Geraldine Albert, Carrollton, Missouri; paternal grandparents, Jack and Sharon Corf, Bogard, Missouri; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Her maternal grandmother, Ruth Schlueter and one cousin, Colby Albert, preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, January 28, 2004 at the Gibson Funeral Home, Carrollton, Missouri with Reverend Pat Gorsett officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Carrollton, Missouri.
Visitation will be from 5:30-7:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 27, 2004 at the funeral home.
The family suggests contributions be made to the family's choice in memory of Nikki. They may be mailed to or left at Gibson Funeral Home, 201 S. Main, Carrollton MO 64633.
There were other girls who lost their lives in this same accident.
