Mrs. Knight was born May 17, 1917 in Shulerville, SC, a daughter of James Clevie Haselden and Lessie Lewis Haselden. She was a founding member of the Johns Island Pentecostal Holiness Church and Church Secretary for over 40 years. She is survived by her son: Barry E. Lewis and his wife, Sandra, of Johns Island, SC; her granddaughter: Crystal Elaine King of Charleston, SC; her great-grandson: Jay King of Charleston, SC; four sisters: Loka Bunch of Shulerville, SC, Lydia Fogle of Charleston, SC, Gracie Infinger of Raleigh, NC, and Earlene Dobbs of Newburg, MI; two brothers: Louis Haselden of Hampton, VA and William Haselden of Summerville, SC. She is predeceased by two brothers: Aaron Haselden and Leon Haselden; one sister: Elise Waters.
