Elmer Perronne, 78, a resident of Rocky Knoll Health Care Facility and formly of Sheboygan, died at Rocky Knoll on Wednesday Aug 23, 1995.
He was born July 30, 1917 in the Town of Herman, a son of the late Martin and Ida Schmerling Perronne.
Verona Grunewald and Elmer Perronn were united in marriage on June 18, 1939 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Howards Grove. The couple farmed in the Town of Sheboygan over 48 years. Verona preceded him in death on May 24, 1987. Elmer was also employed at the Kohler company, retiring in 1981. He was a member of the Quarter Century Club.
Survivors of Elmer Perronne include three sons, William, rural Sheboygan; Eugene, Howards Grove, and Alan, Sheboygan, three daughters, Mrs Gerladine (Leon) Kreidler, Sheboygan, Mrs Judith (Tom) Church, Lilly, WI and Mrs Julie (John) Heath, Flint , MI.15 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two brothers, LeRoy and Milton Perronne, both of Town Herman, and two sisters, Mrs Evelyn Reglin and Mrs Delores (Nelson) Voss, Sheboygan. He was also preced in death by three children, one sister and one brother.
Funeral services were held Aug 26 at Zimmer Funeral Home, Howards Grove. Interment in the Trinity Lutheran Church cemetery.
