Funeral 1:00 P. M. Saturday Dec. 22, 2012 at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel. Visitation 6 to 8 P. M. Friday at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel.

Betty was born Oct. 11, 1931 in Arlington and moved to Fort Worth where she resides for 48 years. Her greatest love was her family and her dogs.

She is proceeded in death by her parents, beloved son Bobby C. Powell; siblings, and cousin Mary Lou Eaton.
Survivors; Her beloved children, Frank Collins of Azle, Bill Collins of Fort Worth, Darrell Collins of Azle, Janice Collins - Heath and husband Gary, of Burleson, Jeanne Hykel and husband Bill, of Alvarado, Tomboy Collins of Fort worth and Lynn Avetar and husband Hector, of Dish; 20 grandchildren, 19 great - grandchildren, and beloved dog, Harley Joe.
