Charles is survived by his mother, Freddie Abshire; sister, Renee Haygood and her husband, Kimuel; nieces, Stormie Sammons and her husband, Aaron and Hannah Haygood.
He is preceded in death by his father.
His burial will be at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches, Texas.
