Although his gravestone lists his date of birth as 28 June 1876, his WWI draft card says that he was born on 12 June 1875. Since he filled out the draft card himself, I tend to believe it rather that the workers who made his gravestone.

James Thompson "Red" Perkins married Tabitha "Allie" Pendergraft on 20 November 1899 in Mountain, McDonald County, Missouri. They had five children:
