Mary E. Stout is a daughter of Abraham Stout and Jane Stout. In Jane Stout's will dated 17 Feb, 1890, she required that her executor, Will M. Carter,"have a suitable inscription showing the dateof birth, death and age of myself and of my deceased daughter Mary E. Stout cut or engraved upon our family monument erected upon our family lot in the cemetery at Bevis, Ohio"∼Nancy was the daughter of Charles Stout and Mary (Duvall) Stout. She married Abraham Stout (probably a cousin of some degree, but I haven't found the relationship yet) on 24 Nov 1831 in Hamilton County, Ohio, and they had at least seven children: Deborah Stout Buell, Aaron Stout, Andrew Stout, Mary E Stout, Theodore Stout, Benjamin Andrew Stout, and Nancy Stout.
