Quaynah McIntosh, 74, of Montrose, Mich., died August 17, 1974 at her residence. Funeral services were held August 21 at the Cole Funeral Home in Montrose. Burial was in the Montrose Cemetery. Death came after a long illness. She was born in (*Guntown,) Mississippi on January 15, 1900, the daughter of James W. and Lella B. Nichols Cannon. She married Eddie Sherman McIntosh, who preceded her in death on August 16, 1963.

Survivors included three sons, Ray Cannon McIntosh of Calif., James Maurey McIntosh of Montrose and Duane E. McIntosh of Calif.; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Geraldine) Duncan of Montrose and Mrs. Geza (Jeanette) Nemeth of Montrose; 19 grandchildren and one great grandchild; three sisters, Mrs. Corinne Morgan of Fulton, Mrs. Eva Hartung of East Jordan, Mich., and Mrs. Elota Belle Knight of Amory; two brothers, N. V. Cannon of Ft. Pierce, Fla., and W. V. Cannon of Fulton.
