David is survived by wife of 28 years Claudetta Morgan. Children...Michael Allen Ziglar and wife Lisa; Christopher Lynn Morgan; Don Edwin Holsomback (aka David Jr); Nancy Lee McCormick; Amanda Marie Sprayberry; Melissa Lyn Payne & husband JD. Stepsons Thomas Kandziorski & wife Jessica; and Daniel Kandziorski. Grandchildren: Brooke & Thomas Kandziorski; Tyler & Matthew & granddaughter Ziglar; David, Jacob & Maddyson McCormick; Anna Payne; Haley, Matthew & Madison Sprayberry. Father Burl William Thomas Morgan. Brother Thomas Reed Morgan. Sisters Vesta Theresa Thomas & husband Tim; and Cynthia Diane Pate. numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceeded in death by his mother Patricia Louise Perkins Morgan and a grandchild baby Payne.

Pallbearers were: Donnie Ziglar, Don McCormick, Tyler Ziglar, Matthew Aughtman, Tommy Odom, and Greg English.
