Cynthia "Cindy" Lynn Baker, 55, of Jefferson City, Missouri passed away on November 30, 2012 at the Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City, MO. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at the First Christian Church in Odessa, Missouri with Reverend Clint Coffey officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at the church. Burial will be in the Odessa City Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Dr. Tamara Hopkins, to be used for supplies to comfort cancer patients. Condolences for the family may be left at www.ralphojones.com. Cindy was born on January 15, 1957 in Sweet Springs, MO to Jerome C. and Charleen (Lange) McNatt. She was a 1975 graduate of the Odessa High School. On March 5, 1977 she married Jerry Bruce Baker, Jr. who survives of the home. Cindy and Jerry are members of the First Christian Church in Odessa. She was most recently employed with the Missouri State Highway Patrol as a Clerk/Typist. Miss Missouri's Outstanding Teen was a passion of hers and she also served on the board. In her spare time she liked sewing, making crafts and scrapbooking. Cindy loved spending time with her family and friends, she will be greatly missed. In addition to her parents and husband she is survived by a daughter, Stasha Lynn (Baker) Coker and husband Christopher of Kansas City, MO; two sisters, Minda Irene Walters and husband Ray of Denver, Colorado and Beth Ann Walker and husband Jim of Lipan, Texas. Many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
