Richard was the husband of 31 years to Judy Tracy (nee'Valentin) and was my cousin. We were just getting to know each other when suddenly he passed away.
He was the son of the late Stanley Tracy who predeceased him in 1995 and the late Helen Hollway who passed away in 1998. It was Richards dream to find his family that his wife and children and I will try to keep going. It would make him happy and proud to know that it was being kept up. God Bless you Cuz!
