Marilyn Ruth Guinan (nee Miller) age 82, passed away Nov. 21, 2012 at Ahuja Medical Center in Beachwood. Marilyn was born April 17, 1930 in Cleveland and moved to Willoughby 17 years ago.
She was an usher at St. John Vianney Church. She loved her family and animals and would donate to various animal rescue groups.
She was employed at General Electric (Tungsten Rd) in Euclid for 18 years.
Survivors are her children, Gail (Marc) Cataldo, Joe, Jim (Angela), Patty (Rick) Sandt, Gilbert, John (Tammy); grandchildren, Caitlin "Kiki" Cataldo, Michelle (Jeff) Pilney, Jackie (Matt) Lawhorn, Katie Guinan, Teresa (Ryan) Seauvageau, Lisa (Andrew) Gorski, Eric and Craig Sandt, Kevin Guinan, Jenna, Allison, Anthony and Miranda Guinan; great grandchildren, Owen, Braden, Noah, Kayla and Emma;
She was preceded in death by her sister, Bernetta Paul and brother, William Miller.
Funeral services will be Tuesday Nov. 27 at 9:30 am at St. John Vianney Church, 7575 Bellflower Rd. in Mentor.
Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Twp., Ohio.
Family will receive friends from 4-8 pm Monday at Brickman Bros. Funeral Home, 37433 Euclid Ave. in Willoughby and from 8:30 am til 9:30 am Tuesday at the Church.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to The Society of Mother Theresa at Immaculate Conception Church (Willoughby) or any Animal Rescue Group of your choice would be appreciated.
