Teresa Savage Adams, 55, died Saturday, November 24, 2012.
Born in Athens, she was the daughter of Annie Jane Patrick Savage and the late Marvin D. Savage. Teresa retired from Athens Regional Medical Center as a Surgical Tech after 20 years. She was an Artist, especially loved painting, working at Little Lambs and she was also a bus driver for the Oconee County Schools System. Teresa was a spirited uplifting woman who cherished her family, friends and all of life's precious moments. She adored all of Gods creations and was a lover of Jesus Christ.
In addition to her mother, Teresa is survived by her husband, Stanley H. Adams, children: Patrick S. Adams, Juliette A. Browning, Joanna A. Boswell; brother: Mark Savage; sister: Andrea Fairbanks and grandchildren: Haven Adams, Myles Boswell and Brooklyn Browning.
Funeral services will be held Monday, November 26, 2012 at 11AM at Grace Fellowship Church with Rev. Tony Vismore officiating.
Burial will follow at Johnson United Methodist Church. The family will
receive friends from 6 to 8 Sunday, November 25, 2012 at the funeral home. Honorary pallbearers will be the Oconee County School Bus Drivers and the employees of Divine Salon.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Johnson United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund or the Oconee County Middle School Relay For Life.
