She was born November 13, 1914 in Orrstown, Pa. to Carroll and Clara (Shriner) Zimmerman.
She was the widow of Harry C. Wilson, who was killed in action in Belgium during W.W.II.
She was a member of Chambersburg Gospel Chapel.
Dorothy had retired from the federal government.
Dorothy is survived by her four sons; Carroll Wilson of Wilsons, Va., Harold (husband of Doris) Wilson of Shippensburg, Larry Wilson of Shippensburg and Michael (husband of Leigh) Wilson of Vienna, Virginia. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. She is the last of her immediate family.
Funeral services will be held Monday Aug. 25, 200 8 at 11:00am at the Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Ltd. 725 Norland Ave., Chambersburg with Gregg Garman officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Monday. Interment will be held at Spring Hill Cemetery in Shippensburg. Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, 725 Norland Ave, Chambersburg, PA will be handling the arrangements.
