Captain Grasher was killed in the line of
duty, piloting U.S. Air Force C-130A-8-LF
Hercules #56-0526 when he was collided with
by a French Air Force fighter jet and crashed
in France. Five Air Force personnel and one
passenger (Army?) aboard perished.
