Four men survived and evaded enemy capture; one man was captured and survived as a prisoner of war until cessation of combat in 1945.
S/Sgt A.C. Brossett, would have celebrated his 21st birthday in two days on 14 June 1944. He was interred overseas until 1948. His body was returned to the United States where he was reburied at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, Louisiana. He was survived by his parents and siblings.
