(She later married Col Joseph L. Laughlin (1917-2006) of Omaha NE in 1945 and lives in Claremore OK)

Kenneth enlisted in the Army Air Corps March 27, 1942 at Baer Field in Kokomo Indiana.
He was the pilot of a P47D Thunderbolt fighter plane that was shot down over France in 1944.
