Chapel Hill--Funeral services for 2nd Lt. Seymour Eugene Teer, Jr., will be conducted at Bethlehem Presbyterian Church on Route 54 Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock, with the Rev. L. T. Edgerton and the Rev. Jim Rittenhouse in charge. Lieutenant Teer, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Teer of Chapel Hill, Route 1, was killed in action over France March 27th, 1945. He was with the Army Air Forces in the European theater. Surviving besides his parents are three sisters, Mrs. James Snipes of Hillsboro, Route 3, Mrs. James Lewis of Graham, Route 2, and Mrs. James Andrews of Chapel Hill, Route 1, and four brothers, Gaither Teer of Honolulu, Walter Teer of Hillsboro, and Charlie and Tom Teer of Chapel Hill, Route 1.
